Acrobatics Training at FVV

Acrobatics is an ancient sport that has evolved into a recreational activity combining traditional elements with modern practices like yoga, fitness, and strength training. FVV offers a dynamic acrobatics program focusing on creating impressive figures through skill, technique, and body awareness. Training includes partner acrobatic techniques, movement sequences (flows), and collaborative exercises. Success in acrobatics relies on mutual trust and coordination, enhancing motor skills, strength, agility, concentration, willpower, courage, and mental fitness.
