Candoco Fellow 2026–27

Overview

A paid 12-month creative-leadership fellowship (Sept 2026–Aug 2027) at Candoco, the UK's leading inclusive dance company.

What's provided

• Salary £34,000–£37,500 p.a. (pro rata), PAYE 12-month fixed term
• Develop and deliver your own independent creative project (additional project funding available)
• Lead the creative development of Candoco's *Making Space* podcast and contribute blog thought-pieces
• Full-time with flexible/hybrid working (min. 1 day/week in the London office)

Eligibility

D/deaf, disabled and/or neurodivergent experienced dance professionals (artist, producer, curator, programmer, facilitator, researcher, advocate or similar) currently based in the UK, with a sustained professional practice and ambition to develop as a sector leader. No visa sponsorship.
