# Foundation Degree (FdA) in Contemporary Circus and Physical Theatre
This program is designed to help you grow into a skilled, versatile artist with your own unique creative voice. You’ll be encouraged to push the boundaries of circus, physical theatre, and performance.

## Curriculum
- **Year 1**: Introduction to aerial, acrobatics, and juggling; specialization in two skill areas; additional classes in physical theatre, movement, fitness & conditioning, contextual studies, and critical thinking; performance opportunities including ensemble shows.
- **Year 2**: Further specialization; exploration of performance styles; development of employability skills; conclusion with ensemble shows performed for a public audience.

## Schedule
- **Induction week**: Begins on **2026-09-07**.
- **Next audition dates**: **2026-07-06**.
- Training takes place five days a week at the Kingswood campus.

## Cost
- **Tuition fee**: £9,790 for the academic year 2026-2027.

## Who it's for
This program welcomes individuals with interests in dance, drama, comedy, gymnastics, parkour, martial arts, and more, regardless of prior circus experience.

## Audition
- Minimum requirements: C,D,D at A Level or MMP in a Level 3 BTEC Extended Diploma.
- Audition workshops are held on **2026-02-13** & **2026-02-14** or **2026-05-15** & **2026-05-16**.

## Language
Instruction is in **English**.
