Re.Search – Professional Dance Program
Re.Search is a professional dance program created by Nuova Officina della Danza (NOD) for dancers ready to step into the core of choreographic creation.
Directed by Andrea Costanzo Martini, with Spenser Theberge as Mentoring Director, the program is structured as a professional environment where dancers engage in original creation processes with internationally active choreographers, supported by a continuous mentoring framework.

Program Structure
Each trimester includes two five-week creation residencies with different internationally active choreographers.
Dancers engage deeply with distinct artistic practices, becoming active contributors to the emergence of the work rather than learning pre-existing material.
A structured mentoring pathway supports dancers before, during, and after each creation process, strengthening artistic awareness and professional positioning.

Ballet class included (Mon / Wed / Fri)
Optional Complementary Training
Dancers may combine Re.Search with the ICD Professional Dance Program, offering morning training in diverse movement languages and repertories taught by guest artists from leading international dance companies.
