Overview

Upswing — one of the UK's leading contemporary circus companies, centring Global Majority creatives — is recruiting Trustees to join its board. What's provided

• Trustee seat on a registered-charity board
• Four board meetings a year + an annual retreat (~6–8 days a year)
• Hybrid meetings in Stoke-on-Trent, London or via Zoom

Eligibility

Particular interest in candidates with governance, cultural production, community health, fundraising, digital strategy, or cybersecurity expertise. Especially welcomes applications from Global Majority individuals, disabled people, neurodivergent people, LGBTQIA+ communities, and those with connections to Staffordshire or the Midlands.
